Oscar is a scared little guy that we believe may have been either abused or used in a puppy mill. He is doing wonderful with his foster family and is about to meet his first potential adopter. Oscar is a handsome white and tan long haired Chihuahua. He is about 2 years old and weighs 6 pounds. He is up to date on shots, neutered and microchipped. He is also heartworm negative.

Nancy, He looks a little like Coco.
I’m very excited to see him again! I cant wait for him to meet his new brothers and sisters and to be part of our family! His new name will be Peanut!
I will fill out the paperwork for the microchip in his new name. 🙂 Thank you so much for adopting him!
