Horacio came to us through a local shelter after his owner became homeless.  Horacio has lived with one person all his 13 years and he is hoping someone will give him a chance at a new home now.  He is a 29 pound Lhasa/Cairn Terrier mix.  Horacio is up to date on shots and heartworm negative.  He is being treated for double ear infections and will be neutered and microchipped before adoption.  Horacio is not very good with cats.  He is good with dogs but he can be picky who he likes.  A home with no cats or little kids and one other dog would be best.  He would do best in a home with someone who understands that he is scared and getting used to new things.   He is housebroke.
