Buster is a snaggle-toothed Chiweenie. He is about 8 years old and weighs 10 pounds. Buster is up to date on shots, microchipped and heartworm negative. He will be neutered before adoption. Buster had a dental and we found that he had a broken jaw, which has now healed.
This is what his foster mom has to say: Buster would do amazingly well with a single man, probably no kids or older kids. Other dogs are okay but he can get pretty possessive of “his person” so that could cause some problems. He seems to be very friendly with cats. He is food aggressive and needs to be fed separately.
Breezy is a handsome Chihuahua gent of about 10 years….he is 11 pounds, neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and microchipped. Breezy was a bit fearful at first encounter but he warmed up very fast and is doing great in his foster home. He is doing very well with the foster’s dogs and cats. Walks well on leash. Is housebroke and loves to cuddle. No small children as he’s not good with quick movements or a lot of commotion. Breezy does appear to bond strongly with the female in the foster home and will protect her. He is fearful of men but fosters are working on that. He does not like being put in a crate or having nails cut. He does enjoy being brushed.
Neo is a 9 year old Min Pin who came to us from one of our partner shelters. Neo weighs 9 pounds and is up to date on shots, microchipped and heartworm negative. He is neutered and had his teeth cleaned. Neo came to us not using his left hind leg much due to funky joints but he is doing great now that he is on joint supplements and eating good food. Neo is blind in his right eye due to what we believe is Horner’s syndrome. This cutie loves to curl up in a dog bed and is great with other dogs and cats. Neo was recently diagnosed with diabetes.
