Ellie & Ava

We have 2, yes 2, dogs that sound perfect for a family….the owners are being deployed overseas and can’t take them. They are around 2 1/2, 3 years old….and already GREAT with kids. they are a bonded pair and we will be keeping them together so would offer a very good discount on the adoption fee.
Ava looks like a Beagle/Rottie mix and Ellie looks like a viszla/pit mix.
Ellie is high energy, loves to love people, loves to eat and loves to get outside! She is also absolutely fantastic with kids, and we used to have a cat she was friendly with as well!
Ava is skiddish and sometimes afraid especially meeting new people, but she eventually warms up if you let her come to you. She is also good with cats and kids, but she usually keeps more to herself.

Eva the Diva

This beauty is a 5 year old Jack Russel.  She has been great with other dogs her size, and rides well in a car.  Eva is a bit afraid of bigger dogs.  Eva is current on shots, spayed and HW negative.  She is also microchipped.  Eva weighs 13 pounds and is just as sweet as can be.  She loves to give kisses.

Mushroom is an adorable chubby male black and tan Min Pin.  He is about 6 years old and weighs 18 pounds.  Mushroom is up to date on shots, heartworm negative, microchipped and neutered.  Mushroom rides great in the car and gets along with other dogs in his foster home.  He is housebroke too.  Mushroom loves to cuddle but, as with a lot of Min Pins, can be nippy when handled too much.   He would do best in a home without small children.  Mushroom does take his own time warming up to new people but does so pretty quickly.

Neo is a 9 year old Min Pin who came to us from one of our partner shelters.  Neo weighs 9 pounds and is up to date on shots, microchipped and heartworm negative.  He is neutered and had his teeth cleaned.   Neo came to us not using his left hind leg much due to funky joints but he is doing great now that he is on joint supplements and eating good food.  Neo is blind in his right eye due to it never formed correctly.  This cutie loves to curl up in a dog bed and is great with other dogs and cats.

Hannah had lived her whole life in an outside kennel with occasional nights, below 32, in the garage.  She is now in a warm foster home with doggie friends and lots of beds to choose from.  Hannah is a lovely 8 year old tri-color Beagle weighing in at 31 pounds.  She is spayed, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and will be microchipped. Hannah is housebroke.  She is much like most Beagles and loves following a scent.  She is good with kids too.
