Scrappy was adopted from ODM 2 years ago and is returning due to his owners health.  Scrappy has recently been diagnosed as a diabetic and is doing great on insulin.  He is an adorable 13 pound, 15 year old Min Pin.  He is fully vetted and doing great in his foster home.  Scrappy would love to find a nice home for his old age.  He loves going for walks and snuggling up at bedtime.
