Charlie is a 2 year old male Chihuahua. He is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He is housebroke and crate trained. Charlie is reported to chase cats. He is good with the dogs in his foster home. Charlie is skittish with new people but once he meets you he gives kisses. He weighs 8 pounds. Charlie can be possessive of his toys and will snarl when you try to take one.
