Charm is a 2 year old Maltese. She is up to date on shots and will be microchipped before adoption. She has a grade 6 heart murmur and will need to be on medication. She will not be spayed due to her heart problem. She is coming to us from NC where her owner had to surrender her due to their own medical problems.
