Chloe is a 2 or 3 year old Beagle/Jack Russell mix (we think). She is spayed and up to date on shots. She is housebroke. This little lady was tossed from a car July 4th 2012 and taken in by someone who can no longer keep her due to allergies. Chloe is very afraid of men and storms.
