Cookie Monster is a 5 year old male long hair Chihuahua. CM has lived with a cat in the past and done well. He is housebroke and crate trained. He is up to date on shots. He is neutered, microchipped and heartworm tested negative. CM is doing very well with his foster dogs. Cookie Monster makes a little grunting noise when he is happy and when you scratch his tummy and back.
