Elmer is little rough around the edges but very sweet. Elmer is 12 years old and weighs 16 pounds. He is a Pug/Chihuahua. He is up to date on shots, HW negative and neutered. He has an adorable underbite. Elmer possibly has cataracts. He is okay with the dogs in his foster home but would love a home with older dogs. He seems to be housebroke and rides well in a car. Elmer could use some TLC.
