Franklin is a Chihuahua born on 4-19-14. He weighs approximately 5 pounds and has been been neutered, microchipped, HW tested and is up to date on vaccinations. Franklin is a little skittish, but once he gets to know you he loves to snuggle and is most definitely a lap dog. He walks well on a leash and while he likes to growl and put on a show for other dogs he meets on the way, he is polite and friendly once they meet. He has gotten along nicely with the other dogs in the foster home, including a blind chihuahua. While Franklin is housetrained, he does occasionally like to go around and mark his territory, so we have been using a belly band occasionally to prevent this. Franklin is good with children and cats.
