Oakland is a 38 pound terrier mix….we think he is part Cattle Dog. He has wiry hair. We believe he is between 9 and 10 months old. He is great with the foster dogs and cats. He is very playful. Oakland is up to date on shots and tested negative for heartworm. He is neutered and microchipped. Oakland is housebroke.
