Onyx is a beautiful Schnauzer or Portuguese Water Dog mix, we think, that was chained up outside most of her life. We rescued her puppies a couple weeks ago and the owner finally agreed to let us find a home for Onyx. She is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped and Heartworm negative. She did test positive for Lyme Disease and Ehrilichocsis and is being treated with Doxy daily. Onyx is about 6 years old and weighs about 40 pounds. She is very sweet and just needs someone to keep working with her on inside living. She is great with other dogs and with cats.
