Penne is 6 years old, tan and weighs 17 pounds. Penne came to us with 3 other Chihuahuas that were abandoned by their owner. He is up to date on shots and heartworm negative. He does have a lump in his groin area and will be checked by the vet before scheduling his neuter. Penne is good with other dogs, cats and kids. He is housebroke.
