Scrappy is a senior Bichon mix that was found as a stray and never claimed. From the shape she was in, she was on her own for a while. This little lady was dehydrated, emaciated, had issues with her eyes, ears and skin. She has been shaved down to remove all the mats. Scrappy will be going to our vet soon for some bloodwork and she is looking for some TLC. If you are willing to give some love to this little girl in her last few years, please let us know.
