Toby is a 3 year old male Chihuahua. Toby was abandoned when his owners moved and left him, his parents, and brother behind in the empty apartment. Toby is neutered. He is up to date on shots, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. He is doing very well with the other dogs at his foster home and seems to be housebroke. Toby is a tad bit overweight and needs to lose about 3 pounds. He weighs 12.7 pounds.
